Epic Outdoor Advertising is converting a static billboard to digital at 3435 Sturgis Road. Rapid City Municipal Code requires that all electrical service to off-premises signs be buried underground. Building Official Brad Solon communicated this requirement to Epic Outdoor Advertising in connection with this sign. Epic is appealing that determination. |
